About David Bunevith

Known as one of SoCal’s best and brightest custom home builders, Dave Bunevith has owned and operated Top Dog Construction Corp. for the past 25 years. Previously only developing properties with a small private network in Orange County, he is now accepting new clients after joining an elite group of exceptional real estate agents at CØMPASS. Through the years of experience he’s gained building luxury homes from the ground up, Dave has acquired a masterful ability to assess real estate worth, as well as unlock a property’s potential for others to understand and enjoy.

Born and raised in tough New England weather, Dave’s strong work ethic was instilled at an early age. He pursued higher education at Northeastern University in Boston before relocating in 1997 to Orange County, where he met his wife, Carissa Hart. Dave has contributed more than just time and real estate knowledge to his wife’s nonprofit for at-risk youth, Hart Community Homeshe also built the Monkey Business Café and workforce development program for them. Dave has had a passion for real estate and people throughout his adult life. Having bought, developed, and sold property throughout Orange County, he pays attention to every detail,
ensuring the smoothest of real estate transactions.
